Currently, all sessions are offered online or over the phone for your convenience. This allows you to access support from the comfort of your own home, no matter where you are.
How do I book a session?
Booking is simple! You can contact me via email or phone to schedule your session. Once your appointment is confirmed, I'll send you all the details you need to get started.
Do you offer custom meal plans?
Instead of providing one-size-fits-all meal plans, I focus on equipping you with the tools and knowledge to make informed food choices that fit your unique lifestyle. That said, I can provide tailored recommendations to suit your specific needs and preferences.
Do you work with specific dietary restrictions?
Yes! I have extensive experience working with various dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low FODMAP diets, among others. I'll help you navigate your dietary restrictions while ensuring your meals are both nourishing and enjoyable.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not bill insurance directly. However, many extended health plans cover nutrition counseling. Check with your provider to see if my services are eligible for reimbursement.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee.
How long are the sessions?
- The initial nutrition assessment is approximately 90 minutes.
- Follow-up therapy sessions typically last 45-60 minutes.
- Group education sessions are booked by the hour.
How does payment work?
Payments are made securely via email transfer. Full payment is required prior to your session to confirm your booking.
Can I work with you if I'm not local?
Absolutely! Because sessions are offered online or over the phone, I can work with clients from anywhere. As long as you have access to a phone or internet connection, we're good to go!
